TAKUYA MATSUNOKIの作品（表現）には本人によるオリジナルサインが記されています。またそれら全ての著作は、DESIGN OFFICE MATSUNOKISM にて管理しております。

 

松の木タクヤの肖像(名前、画像、作品、イラスト) を使用した物品の制作、これらを松の木タクヤと紐づけて原作のイメージを著しく損なうモノを出品・販売したりする行為及び、松の木タクヤや Vj WANBON の名称を無断で紐づけるなどの売名行為は、肖像権やパブリシティ権、複製権、翻訳権、同一性保持権の侵害となります。作品のご利用などのリクエストに関しましては、ご紹介様による案件のご対応、契約書を交わすなど検討させていただきます。

 

悪質な詐欺の被害に遭われた場合やその可能性がある場合、速やかに専門家に相談や通報をお願いいたします。（スクリーンショットなど、証拠となるものを提出することが有効です)。予めご了承いただき、自衛に努めてくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Producing items using Matsunoki Takuya's portrait (name, image, work, illustration), linking these to Matsunoki Takuya and exhibiting or selling items that significantly damage the image of the original work, and promoting oneself by linking the names of Matsunoki Takuya or Vj WANBON without our permission are violations of portrait rights, publicity rights, reproduction rights, translation rights, and integrity rights. Regarding requests for use of his arts, we will only consider cases that are referral and contracts. And It is valid only when a contract is signed.
